Cohost Concierge Service: During Business Hours (8am - 5pm CST) $85

A scheduled visit to your property for general onsite support when you need an extra set of hands. We can handle a variety of property-related requests, including welcome basket setup, grocery pre-stocking, guest-arrival preparations, owner deliveries, holiday decorating, propane checks, and other tasks that require someone to be there in person.

Please allow at least 1 business day for scheduling. For more urgent needs, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Priced per request on an hourly basis.

Cohost Concierge Service: After Business Hours $135

Weekend and evening support is available for any cohost concierge service.

After-hours requests are handled on an as-available basis and may require advance notice. For urgent needs, please call us directly and we’ll do our best to assist based on current availability.

At this time, we do not offer holiday coverage or overnight support between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Restock Visit $125

A visit to pick up or receive owner-purchased supplies, items, or guest amenities, restock at your property and take inventory (if needed) with report provided at visit completion. Priced per visit during business hours.

2. Add-ons

Add-ons are only available when combined with a primary service.

Propane Exchange $65 / tank

Exchange your empty/low tank for a full 20-lb tank.

Propane Refill $65 / tank

Low propane tank is refilled and returned to the property.

Restock Visit Add On $40

When combined with another concierge service.
